Meditown is a project situated within the Downtown Life and Entertainment Center, located at the intersection of Osmangazi, the most populous district of Bursa, and Nilüfer, the fastest-growing and developing district. Its advantageous location, easy accessibility, and the presence of various amenities such as the Intercontinental Hotel, DasDas Performing Arts Center, museum, cinema, residences, shops of world-famous brands, and restaurants aim to attract approximately 8 million visitors annually to Downtown.

Built on an area of ​​8800 square meters within Downtown, which is Turkey's largest mixed-use project, Meditown is poised to introduce a new concept to Bursa in the field of health, combining both healthcare and social life.

In the horizontal layout architecture, a total of 32 turnkey healthcare offices have been designed for physicians from every specialty to choose and customize according to their intended use, shape, and size.
